The HOPE FOOD PANTRY is an entirely volunteer-driven, independently-funded food bank providing food and dry goods assistance to needy families in the Zelienople, Fombell, and Ellwood City areas.

The HOPE FOOD PANTRY provides food and dry goods assistance to verifiably needy families in our community. Distributions are the second Saturday of each month from 10:00 AM to Noon in the Zelienople Church of the Nazarene Fellowship Hall. Clients may apply and receive aid the same day when applying on-site. In addition to food and personal necessities, we offer friendship and spiritual support to the families we serve.

As an entirely volunteer run organization, there's no way the HOPE FOOD PANTRY could provide assistance to hundreds of people each month without so many great people willing to land a hand each month. Stocking the HOPE FOOD PANTRY shelves each month is an entirely independently funded activity. Primary financial support is provided by a few, dedicated benefactors. Remaining needs are supplied through numerous, smaller, individual contributions by concerned private, corporate, and charitable donors. As the number of people served by the HOPE FOOD PANTRY increases and as the cost of food rises, we are seeking ways to not only increase the amount of food we are able to provide each month (both through direct purchase and through donations), but also improve and simplify the means by which we acquire the food.
